Mayor Ronald Dodson

Ron Dodson has served as Mayor of City of Lake City since 2018.
Mayor Dodson is married to Katherine Stanley Dodson. They have two sons, Brent and Blake: and four grandchildren. They are members of the First Baptist Church of Forest Park where Ron serves as a Deacon. Mayor Dodson is a US ARMY Veteran.
Mayor Dodson currently serves on the City of Forest Park Urban Design Review Board.
Mayor Dodson received the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award.
He has also been recognized as the following:
